This is a binding agreement between OldSchool Group LLC, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (“OldSchool Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”) — the developer and owner of various apps, technologies, and solutions for creating and editing images and video, including mobile and web applications (the “App(s)”) — and you, the person using our Apps (“you” or “your”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Apps and the Services described below, and they should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE APPS. They are a binding electronic contract between you and OldSchool Group. By installing or using the Apps and Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, that you will use the Apps and Services as set out here, and that you will comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your use. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, stop using the Apps and Services and uninstall the App.
